Booking Fields Registry entry

Specifies the list of fields that define a Marriage Booking.

The Marriage Bookings module has available time slots that may be booked for weddings performed by a Vital Records Office. Once a slot has been booked a number of functions may be applied to it, some of which require the slot to be duplicated. For example, cancelling a booking creates a new booking slot for the same time and place while preserving the cancelled booking for audit purposes. The values in fields that specifically identify the booking slot must be copied to the new slot. This entry specifies fields that identify a booking slot and which will be copied over to a new booking in the same time slot.

where:

column;column;...

is a semicolon separated list of fields that identify a booking slot.

Example

This entry specifies that Ceremony Date, Time and Location and Day of the Week identify a Marriage Booking time slot. Values in these fields will be copied over to a new booking in the same time slot when duplicating a booking slot:
